Q3. When does awaiting time charge apply for pickup at the airport?

A. Boston Limousine rarely charges for waiting time at the airport, because most passengers leave the airport within 30 minutes. We give passengers on a domestic flight 30 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands, and for international flights we give 45 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands. After the free waiting time we charge for waiting time in 15-minute increments. Waiting time charge is equal to vehicle hourly rate.

Q4. How do I find my driver?

A: Your uniformed driver (suit and tie) will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The meet and greet is a great way to be welcomed by our company and it is free of charge (most company's charge $25.00 extra for this service).

Boston Limousineís Meet and Greet Airport Service is offered at no charge. However parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card. The driver will be instructed to meet the passenger by the baggage claim or customs with a sign that has his or her last name on it, the driver will then escort the passenger to the designated car location (Assisting with the luggage). This package comes with a complimentary 25 minutes free for domestic flights and 45 minutes free for international flights from the adjusted arrival time.

A: Boston Limousine will charge your credit card after your trip has been completed. A deposit is required for some vehicles including stretch limousines for weddings and proms or buses.

A: We require two hours advance notice; otherwise we may charge a late-cancellation fee.

Q9. What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?

A: All no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must:

Q10. Do you have a Guarantee of Service?

A: After you have received your "Confirmation Number" from, your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)

A. Yes, requests for baby seat should be submitted to Boston Limousine when booking your reservation.
